Bonjour,
Bienvenue au Cercle Français, the French Club here at UW-L. Meeting dates and activities may vary throughout the semester depending on the activity but we primarily meet every first Thursday of the month. Announcements will be sent via email or will be posted on flyers. If you have any questions about meeting dates and times, please don't hesitate to contact us!
We will be having various activities such as movie night, game nights, and other activities to facilitate the use of French outside the classroom and broaden student interest in French culture.
Of course we encourage you to speak French at these activities if you are enrolled in classes or have the background, as it gives everyone an opportunity to improve their French; however it is open to all and every level of the language, even if all you know is 'bonjour'.
We want everyone to get a taste of "the French life", so even if you don't speak French, you are more than welcome to come to any of Le Cercle Français' events!
Tag along with a roommate or bring a group from class, all are welcome and we look forward to this year's meetings!
