✧ 9/18 - Thursday - Wisconsin Mycological Society presentation screening – at UWL planetarium in the basement of Cowley Hall, Room 20, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
This month: Author, Eva Gordon speaks on Fauna & Funga Symbiotic relations – iNaturalist intro begins at 6:30 PM, presenter starts at 7 PM. You’re welcome to come and go as you please!
✧ 9/28 - Sunday – Pettibone Foray, 11 AM to 1 PM
Arrive for carpool to depart from lot C2 at 10:45 AM or arrive yourself to the site by 11 AM.

Are you wondering - what is a foray? It is a trip out to look for fungi. We will observe the mycological diversity and encourage the use of iNaturalist and Mushroom Observer. We support each other in learning to identify our finds and to learn more about the fascinating relationships fungi have in the ecosystem around us. We look forward to seeing you there!!
